For Laughter!"; "...when that Talking Mule mixes in maneuvers ...and Donald follows the lure of the Waves!"; "That Talking Mule is back... and the Navy's got him!"; "The Admiral's aghast and the fleet's in hot water... when that Talking Mule mixes in the middle of maneuvers... and Donald follows the lure of the Waves!"; "Based on the character 'Francis' created by David Stern") starring Donald O'Connor, Martha Hyer, Richard Erdman, Jim Backus, Myrna Hansen, Francis (billed as "Francis the Talking Mule"; Chill Wills as the voice of Francis the Talking Mule), and Clint Eastwood in a small bit part (he is pictured on three scene lobby cards, but is not billed or pictured on any of the posters or the title lobby card)

Important Added Info: Note that Clint Eastwood had only a tiny bit part in this movie, but he is prominently pictured on this lobby card (he is the sailor leaning on the backs of the three sailors beneath him)!

Condition: good to very good. There is a large smudge in the lamp at middle right, and some other faint smudges scattered in the card, and several pairs of staple holes at top center. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
