The Old Soak by Don Marquis"; "The great American comedy-drama!"; a screwball comedy, with Wallace Beery playing a "lovable lush", sort of the type of role that W.C. Fields often played) starring Wallace Beery ("in his funniest, most lovable role"), Una Merkel, Eric Linden, Judith Barrett, Betty Furness, Ted Healy (most famous as the person who started The Three Stooges; they were first billed as "Ted Healy and his Stooges"; he let them go on their own, hiring replacement "Stooges", but that did not work out well at all!; one of his last films before he was killed), Janet Beecher, George Sidney, and Margaret Hamilton NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. There is tiny paper loss in the top left corner and two tiny tears in the left border. There is slight darkening in the other three corners.
