She only appeared in two full-length movies: Flying Down to Rio, and The Lucky Texan. In 1935, she was involved in a scandal where she helped a Hollywood agent, Max Marx (no relation to the Marx Bros), cheat actor Nat Pendleton out of $700 using a crooked roulette wheel while he gambled with Mr. Marx, and the wheel was rigged so that some numbers could never come up! No doubt that played a part in her retirement afterwards, and she passed away in 2007 at the age of 94. If anyone knows more about her, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that this news photo measures 6 1/2" x 8 1/2" [17 x 22 cm]. Condition: good to very good. There is rippling and some creases at the top and bottom center, caused by the snipe glued to the back. Learn More about condition grades
