Rogell silent romantic taxi company corruption crime action romantic melodrama (from the story by Henry Roberts Symonds; about the son of the owner of a giant taxicab company, and when he sees his father hire thugs to beat up independent drivers, he tries to help them, and he gets involved in lots of fights and chases) starring Reed Howes, Carmelita Geraghty, George Nichols, Winifred Landis, Joe Butterworth, and Cuyler Supplee. Note that Reed Howes was one of the men chosen to advertise Arrow collars (they were known as "Arrow Collar Men"), and he went on to star in a number of silent movies, and he performed many stunts including car chases.
