An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) Flaming Star, the 1960 Don Siegel Native American Indian cowboy western musical ("Half Breed, Torn between two loyalties... Two loves - and fighting to save them both!"; "The white man's song was on his lips... But an Indian war cry was in his heart!"; "Choose!... Between your white father... and your Kiowa mother!"; "Fight!... Even though it's your own brother!"; "Elvis Presley brings you all the force and fury of 'Flaming Star'"; "Sing!... For tomorrow the song on your lips will turn into a war cry that rings out across the world!"; "Elvis acts! Elvis sings!"; "Screenplay by Clair Huffaker & Nunnally Johnson") starring Elvis Presley (billed "As Pacer, The Half Breed brings you all the force and fury of Flaming Star"), Barbara Eden, Steve Forrest, Dolores Del Rio, John McIntire, Rodolfo Acosta (as Buffalo Horn), and Anne Benton NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note this still has two circular holes punched in the left border. Also note that the original working title for this Elvis movie was "Black Star". This still shows director Don Siegel, producer David Weisbart, and star Dolores del Rio sharing breakfast (it looks like they might be eating at a Denny's!). There is no sign of Elvis, so he was probably either sleeping late or eating somewhere better! The back of the still identifies the people and the working title of the movie in pencil. Condition: good. This vintage movie publicity still is in lesser condition (what most collectors might call "good"). It has real defects typical of poorly stored photographs that are ten to eighty years old. Note that our small image of the item on this auction page leads to a really HUGE image of this item, so please look at that larger image, as it will certainly greatly help you know exactly what condition this item is in! Many vintage stills pick up "scuff" marks over the years and it is likely that this item has some of them, and they may not be all that apparent from our larger image. Please do not bid on this still unless you can accept the clear defects that it has! Learn More about condition grades
