An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Style A One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Handy Andy, the 1934 David Butler romantic screwball comedy ("Fun - Romance - Thrills with WILL A Country Druggist"; "It's greater than 'David Harum'"; "More fun than ever!"; "Based on the play 'Merry Andrew' by Lewis Beach"; about a small town druggist married to a woman who wants bigger and better things, and she gets him to go on an expensive vacation where a gigolo romances her while he plays golf, and her husband becomes insanely jealous and ends up in jail) starring Will Rogers (in the title role as Andrew 'Andy' Yates), Peggy Wood, Conchita Montenegro, Mary Carlisle, Roger Imhof, and Robert Taylor (eternally youthful male star of the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s; this was his very first movie, and he was sixth billed!) There is paper loss in the upper left corner of the poster extending into Rogers' hair and there is small paper loss at the crossfolds. There is separation along the top of the vertical fold and there is some tattering along the foldlines and around the edges of the poster.
