An Original Vintage Cartoon Flip Book (measures 1 1/2" x 4 1/2"; 21 pages) (Learn More) Bimbo flipbook, a 1 1/2" x 4 1/2" "double" flip book created in the early 1930s, featuring Bimbo, the cartoon dog from the Paramount Fleischer Brothers cartoons (he was the sidekick of Koko the Clown). This cool little flip book has two different ones on the top and bottom (surely most of you have made a similar flip book yourself by doodling on the corners of sheets of paper and then flipping them to make the figures "move"). The cover of the flip book has "Movie Cartoons Bimbo A Paramount Star" with the word "FOREIGN" below it, and we don't know how it was sold or distributed, or where. We have included some images of some of the interior pages, and of course, of the cover. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good.
