She appeared opposite Elvis Presley in his first movie, Love Me Tender, and she had one of the sexiest on screen scenes ever in The Indian Tomb, where her "snake dance" must be seen to be believed (it is on YouTube). In 1963, she left Hollywood after marrying an oil executive. She had a child with him and they divorced in 1980, and she became a born again Christian, hosting a show on the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Some of her other movies include: The Ten Commandments (as Lilia), Broken Arrow, and It Happens Every Spring. As of 2022, she is still alive at the age of 88! Important Added Info: Note that this English front of house lobby card has been personally autographed (signed) by Debra Paget! Our consignor ran autograph shows for many years and was an executive director of UACC for many years. He became friendly with many of the stars who appeared at his shows and most of the items from him in this auction are ones where he obtained the autograph in person. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are 100% certain the signature is authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: good to very good. Someone punched two holes in the upper blank border of the card and put some stickers behind them to reinforce them.
