Mr. Fantastic is a comic book superhero created by writer Stan Lee and artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby for Marvel Comics in 1961 in the first issue of "The Fantastic Four". He has the ability to stretch his body into any shape he desires (oddly similar to the 1940s comic book character "Plastic Man"!).
