Appears in Vintage Hollywood Posters 7 CATALOG SOLD OUT The image at right appears in the auction catalog we published as shown above and was sold long ago and we do NOT have it available for purchase. An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Feet First, the 1930 Clyde Bruckman romantic mistaken identity screwball comedy ("Every inch a laugh!"; in this movie, Lloyd's second with sound, he has an elaborate scene where he ends up on top of a skyscraper in Los Angeles, and must manage to climb down!) starring Harold Lloyd, Barbara Kent, Robert McWade, Lillian Leighton, and Willie Best NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and the restorer did a good job, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). good to very good. There were some long tears in the middle of the left of the poster slightly extending into the red heart. There was a long tear in the top center of the poster running through the "O" of "HAROLD" and the "Y" of "LLOYD" and ending in Lloyd's hair. There were some small tears and small paper loss down the right side of the poster. There was a small hole at the center of the poster between the stars' images. There were some other minor tears and smudges throughout the poster. The poster was extremely well backed, and I think few people would realize what restoration was done unless it was specifically shown to them. The poster really looks great!
