An Original Vintage Theatrical International Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) the international theatrical release of The Karate Killers, the 1967 Barry Shear martial arts action spy spoof (adapted from episodes of the TV series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.") starring Robert Vaughn (as Napoleon Solo), David McCallum (as Illya Kuryakin), Curt Jergens, Herbert Lom, Telly Savalas, Terry-Thomas, Joan Crawford (billed as "Special Appearance [by] Joan Crawford"), and Jill Ireland. Note that this TV series (inspired by the super popular James Bond movies) was one of the most successful ever in the history of TV, and it was SO successful that a feature film was made from the pilot episode and distributed internationally in movie theaters, and that movie did so well that an amazing seven more similar movies (compiled from different episodes) were released internationally as well! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card is surely from an MGM international release set of the 1960s. On those MGM international lobby cards, the title card would have a different image from the domestic title card, and the scene cards did not have the title or any writing other than "Printed in U.S.A.".
