For Men Only (also released as "The Tall Lie"), the 1952 Paul Henreid bad girl romantic melodrama ("Kiss by Kiss... It's today's most shocking scandal!"; "It's every woman's picture... For Men Only"; "Ripped! ... from the heart of a woman's hate!"; "Today's Most Shocking Scandal!"; "Stark-staring Truth about today's wild youth!") starring Paul Henreid, Kathleen Hughes (billed as "introducing Kathleen Hughes"), Margaret Field, James Dobson, Douglas Kennedy, Robert Carson, Virginia Mullen, O.Z. Whitehead, Vera Miles (in her first credited movie and she is 9th billed!), Russell Johnson, and Robert Sherman. Note that, for reasons completely unknown to us, Lippert Pictures released this movie under two titles, "For Men Only" and "The Tall Lie", and very oddly, they used virtually the same poster for each release, but they changed the top tagline on each poster!

Important Added Info: The poster was placed on to a very thin linen backing shortly after being printed. The purpose was to reinforce the poster, so that it would survive, when it was passed from theater to theater, and when it was put up on walls and taken down. Such posters can be professionally removed from the original linen and placed on to a proper linen backing. I have done this to several such posters, and they end up looking wonderful!

Condition: fair. The poster has been backed onto at thin linen . There is a censor stamp at upper left. There are creases and smudges and many tack holes throughout the poster.
