Christine Cagney), Al Waxman, and Carl Lumbly. Note that in the first six episodes of this series, Lacy was played by Meg Foster. The TV studio worried that she appeared too "masculine", and that there were "lesbian overtones" to the show, and so they replaced her with the more feminine (in their eyes at least!)
