An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36") (Learn More)

Joe Palooka in the Squared Circle, the 1950 Reginald Le Borg boxing sports crime comedy ("Based on the comic strip by Ham Fisher"; "Story by B.F. Melzer") starring Joe Kirkwood Jr. (in the title role as Joe Palooka), James Gleason, Robert Coogan, Lois Hall, Myrna Dell, Dan Seymour, and Edgar Barrier. Note that Robert Coogan again plays "Humphrey Pennyworth", as he had in previous Joe Palooka movies, but oddly, Humphrey receives huge billing on the poster for this movie, and somehow Robert Coogan receives separate billing, even though they are the same person! If anyone knows more about this or can explain it, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good. There is staining in the upper left edge and minor separation at some of the ends of the foldlines. The poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well.
