An Autographed Business Card (measures 2 1/2" x 4") (Learn More) George Mooser was a managing director with the United Artists Corporation. According to newspaper articles from March and July of 1922, George's main job was to stop "film pirates" that were operating in Tokyo and the Far East and protect the copyrights of United Artists studio. He was also apparently a producer on Broadway. If anyone knows more about this person, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that this business card has been personally autographed (signed) by George Mooser! It was Mr. Mooser's card, and it had his full information in Japanese on the back! Also note that he apparently was trying to move studios, because he gave his card to an executive at Goldwyn Studios, and wrote a message asking if he could "use a good heavy from Russia?" Note that our consignor has been a memorabilia dealer for the past 30 years, and he tells us that he is certain this autograph is authentic. He says that he will give the new purchaser 30 days to be certain (perhaps they might want to get it authenticated), and that if the new buyer has any doubts, they can return this item within 30 days (but after 30 days, his warranty will expire, and at that point, the item will no longer be returnable).
