Laughs!"; "....It's the tops in entertainment!"; "The nuttiest musical; comedy laugh hit in years!"; "Based on a Story by Seena Owen and Grant Garett"; about a bunch of young people at a summer camp where they put on a play, and the play's author's main thesis is that true love does not exist, but events at the camp prove him wrong) starring The Yacht Club Boys, Judy Canova, Ben Blue, Eleanore Whitney, Johnny Downs, Betty Grable, Leif Erikson, Larry 'Buster' Crabbe, The Fanchonettes, and Dorothy Lamour NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this was printed by the "other company". This was a company in the Midwest that from roughly 1936 to roughly 1941 printed its own one-sheets and lobby card sets (and a very few inserts, half-sheets, three-sheets, 40x60s and stills) for three major studio movies (Warner Brothers, Paramount and United Artists, but no other studios). The posters and lobby cards are from the original release of the movie, and almost always have completely different artwork from the regular studio release. They never have the name of the releasing studio on the poster or any of the lobby cards, but many years later, noted poster dealer/historian Walter Reuben discovered that the name of the company was "Associated Displays Corporation" and that they were based in Manhattan, New York (oddly, no collectors knew the name of this company for decades!). Sometimes, "other company" posters or lobby cards have images that are the equal of those from the regular studio release posters or lobby cards! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. There are two tiny pinholes with scratches in two areas in the image background near the center of the card, with some faint scuffs in the stars to the right of that area. There is paper loss in the bottom left blank corner. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
