Comstock & Allen C. Miller; a REALLY strange story about a serial killer who is dubbed "The Moon Killer", because he only kills at night, and he also cannibalizes his victims; a newspaper reporter starts working on the case and he comes to suspect that a scientist at the Academy of Surgical Research is responsible, but which one?; the academy is filled with very strange mad scientists, and the head of the academy, Dr. Xavier, who is nicknamed "Dr. X", is the strangest of the group!) starring Lionel Atwill (in the title role as Dr. Jerry Xavier), Fay Wray, Lee Tracy, Preston Foster, John Wray, and George Rosener.
