An Unfolded Travel Poster (measures 25" x 40" [64 x 102 cm]) (Learn More)

TWA: Washington, the 1958 airplane airline aviation travel poster ("Fly TWA Jets") promoting travel to Washington D.C. aboard Trans World Airlines, and featuring David Klein art of the Great Seal of the United States exploding in fireworks over the U.S. Capitol building.

Artist: David Klein

Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has creases and tiny tears along portions of all of the edges (especially at upper left - see our image). There is one slightly larger tear at center left. Otherwise, the poster has only some minor, light creases in a few small areas and is generally in pretty nice condition. It could display well as is from a reasonable viewing distance, but after linenbacking it would look great!
