Important Added Info: When this movie came out in 1959, MGM prepared this elaborate spiral-bound "promotion campaign" manual, which they sent to theater owners, giving them lots of ideas on how to promote this movie most effectively. Included with the manual is a separate 9 1/2" x 12 3/4" reproduction of the ad that MGM was running in Life Magazine (the ad was folded in half and inserted into the manual. Also, the cover of the manual has a fold-out that has two pages of newspaper articles about the movie on one side and a caricature of Hitchcock on the other side under the title "Hitchcock Hits the Headlines". We have never auctioned this before, and it is surely incredibly rare! Condition: good to very good. The manual has much scuffing on the covers and someone wrote words in the top right corner of the cover in pen. The interior pages are all in pretty nice condition (see our images).
