Theaters would order this poster, which has a large blank area at the bottom or middle of the poster where the studio would overprint the title of a specific movie, thus getting many posters for the price of one. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that in the case of this particular stock poster, the bottom section was overprinted with the title and credits for West of the Brazos, the 1950 Thomas Carr cowboy western ("Battlin' Back to Back! ...for the riches of a rangeland empire!") starring James Ellison, Russell Hayden, Fuzzy Knight, Raymond Hatton, Julie Adams (billed as "Betty Adams"), George J. Lewis, and Tom Tyler. Note that James Ellison and Russell Hayden had their billing changed from their normal "James Ellison" and "Russell Hayden" to "Jimmy 'Shamrock' Ellison" and "Russ 'Lucky' Hayden" (how they were credited earlier when they were in Hopalong Cassidy) due to the recent success of Hopalong Cassidy on television. Also note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Condition: good to very good. There is some darkening on the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded. There are some creases and several tears along the foldlines that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded.
