The band was known for its unique and eclectic style and for live performances of long musical improvisation. They were ranked 57th in the issue The Greatest Artists of all Time by Rolling Stone magazine and they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. Some of the band members have included Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Bill Kreutzmann, and Ron 'Pigpen' McKernan Artist: Alton Kelley Important Added Info: Note that the 1st printing of this poster is from 1978 and measures 20" x 30". While we cannot be certain of it's origins, a knowledgeable collector tells us that the poster offered here is a reproduction poster that was sold at Grateful Dead concerts in the late 1980s & 1990s. Condition: good to very good. There are some pinholes around the edges of the poster. There is small paper loss at lower right. The REPRO is otherwise in generally nice condition.
