An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

The Heart of Broadway, the 1928 Duke Worne New York City theater stage acting cabaret dancer romantic melodrama ("Story by Arthur Hoerl"; about a country girl going to New York and becoming a dancer, and attracting the attentions of a gangster and a rich playboy) starring Pauline Garon, Robert Agnew, Wheeler Oakman, Duke Lee, and Oscar Apfel

Condition: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and creases and small tears across the top foldline. There were some creases, smudges, pinholes, small tears and small areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster, with major paper loss in the left of the top blank border. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was not very well backed, and it is "lifting" from the linen in the middle of the left border. Note that the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster.
