Date Sold 10/27/2015Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) .45 Calibre War, the 1929 Leo D. Maloney silent cowboy western ("A Two-Gun Rip Roaring Drama of the West!"; "by Ford I. Beebe") starring Don Coleman, Ben Corbett, Al Hart, Ed Jones, Duke R. Lee, and Jeanette Loff. Note that star Don Coleman only appeared in ten westerns between 1925 and 1930. He then retired, perhaps because he was 37, or perhaps because he did not adapt well to sound movies. He lived a long life, passing away in 1985 at the age of 92. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. There are very faint stains and tiny surface paper loss in the borders. Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
