Important Added Info: Note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded.

Condition: fair to good. There are stains around the edges of the window card, but they don't have much effect on the image, and there are just a few in the image. The card has a very unusual defect. Someone used the back of the card to advertise a building for rent, and they bought 2" high letters and they glued them to the back of the card so that it reads "THIS BUILDING FOR RENT IN ALL OR PART, REMODEL TO SUIT TENANT, INQUIRE INSIDE" (so it could be used for that same purpose once again!).
