Whatever your age, his romantic Robin Hood will rob you of your cares - reward you with a king's ransom in adventure."; "An all-live-action picture") starring Richard Todd (in the title role as Robin Hood), Joan Rice (as Maid Marian), Patrick Barr (as King Richard), Peter Finch (as the Sheriff of Nottingham), Anthony Forwood (as Will Scarlet), Hubert Gregg (as Prince John), James Hayter (as Friar Tuck), James Robertson Justice (as Little John), and Reginald Tate NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that the still shows a great candid image of Walt Disney visiting the set of this movie, and showing Richard Todd and Joan Rice how to shoot a bow & arrow! Also note that this still measures 7 1/2" x 8 3/4", but it does not appear to be trimmed. Note that there is a paper snipe glued on the back of the still that describes the scene on the front. Note that the still has a stamp that reads "FIRST FILED 25 JUN 1951", and another that reads "DEAD - DEC 1966", and another that reads "OBITUARY", which refers to when Walt Disney died (obviously, this photo was kept in a photo library, and was used in 1951, and again re-used along with an obituary of Walt Disney in 1966!). Condition: good. The still is rippled throughout (it was caused when the snipe was glued on the back of the still). The still could be flattened by causing it to become wet, and then drying it between sheets of glass, but it would need to be done by a professional or talented amateur.
