Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this British quad, and that was 6 years ago! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was folded down the middle only, and it had some tears and tiny paper loss on the upper 3/4 of that fold, with significant paper loss in the bottom center of the poster, starting in the "a" of "Woman" and extending down into the bottom border. It had some partial horizontal folds that had pretty minor wear on them. It had pinholes and smudges around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The person who backed the poster did a really nice job, and you can barely see signs of the restoration of the above defects, and it displays really well from any reasonable viewing distance.
