An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 26 1/2" x 42") (Learn More)

Come On, Cowboy!, the 1948 Toddy Pictures black African American musical cowboy western comedy ("Yippee! Mantan rides again -- a riot of songs and laffs in this roaring musical western!"; "All star colored cast feature") starring Mantan Moreland, Mauryne Brent, Johnny Lee, and F.E. Miller (Flourney E. Miller). Note that Flourney Miller was a major figure in black Broadway musical history, performing and writing with his partner Aubrey Lyles. After Lyles passed away in 1933, Miller appeared in a number of all-black movies in the 1930s and 1940s.

Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet has had a small part of its left and right blank borders trimmed and it now measures 26 1/2" x 42". Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 27" x 41".

Condition: good. Other than the slight blank border trim , and some darkening on the back of the part of the vertical foldline that was on the outside when the poster was fully folded (which does not affect the front), the poster is in pretty good condition.
