An Original Vintage Theatrical 7 3/4" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Outside the Law, the 1930 Tod Browning crime melodrama (about two rival gangs, one run by half Chinese/half Irish Edward G. Robinson, who is a repulsive gangster, and the other run by "good" gangsters, headed by Owen Moore and his "moll" Mary Nolan, and a little boy gets mixed up in their shootouts) starring Mary Nolan, Edward G. Robinson, Owen Moore, Rockliffe Fellowes, and Delmar Watson. Note that this was Edward G. Robinson's fifth movie after he came to Hollywood from the Broadway stage in 1929. Director Tod Browning had intended this movie to star Lon Chaney Sr. (it would have been a remake of his 1920 silent version), who had just released a sound remake of his "The Unholy Three", but Chaney became sick and passed away, and Edward G. Robinson became his replacement! Also note that Delmar Watson was one of the nine Watson children who were all juvenile actors in the 1930s (perhaps the most famous was Bobs Watson, but Delmar appeared in a lot of movies himself!).

Important Added Info: Note that this still has three punch holes in the left border, so it could be a key book still, or someone could have just put those punch holes there. Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 7 3/4" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm].

Condition: good to very good. There are three punch holes in the left border (see above), and someone put cloth tape on the back of that area. All the blank borders were neatly partially trimmed, but only blank white paper is affected.
