Workers, Lend Your Strength To The Red Triangle, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) Home Front poster ("Help the 'Y' help the fighters fight"; "United War Work Campaign") promoting the YMCA's United War Work Campaign which was held from November 11th to the 18th, and featuring Gil Spear art of a worker with a YMCA official and a soldier in the background.

Artist: Gil Spear

Condition: good. The poster was never folded. It has many light and fine creases scattered throughout and there is a large tear at upper right, and someone glued lined paper behind that tear. Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid and please do not bid unless you can accept the defects described above, or you are willing to pay to have them properly restored.
