An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Billie Dove was an actress from the 1920s to the 1930s. She had a three-year affair with Howard Hughes but she ended the relationship because he tried to control her career. Some of her movies include: Blondie of the Follies, The Black Pirate, Kid Boots, The American Beauty, and A Notorious Affair. Billie passed away in 1997 at the age of 94. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Billie Dove! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahoney Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! Condition: very good. There is a pinhole and some faint scuffs in each top corner.
