MacDonald") starring Robert De Niro (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Nick Nolte, Jessica Lange, Joe Don Baker, Robert Mitchum, Gregory Peck (in his final movie role), Martin Balsam, Juliette Lewis (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), and Senator Fred Dalton Thompson. Note that this movie was a re-make of the classic 1962 thriller starring Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum, and both of those actors played cameo roles in this re-make! Important Added Info: Note that these great slides include images of the stars of the first version of Cape Fear, Robert Mitchum and Gregory Peck, as well as the stars of this remake! Note that these are studio-issued 35mm slides that are produced by the studio and distributed to theaters and media outlets, usually with presskits. Sometimes some or all of the slides have printing on the cardboard holder that gives the name of the movie, a credit for the photographer, and the copyright from the studio (see our images of these slides to know what information, if any, is on the holders). These slides were created either when the movie first came out, or even before the movie was released, for advance publicity. The slides are in plastic sleeves designed to hold them, and we photographed them on a light box (sometimes we left them in the sleeves, and other times we removed them), which allows you to see the images (but of course, the quality is not neatly as good as that of the actual slides, because they are photographed and not scanned, and some of them were photographed in the plastic sleeves). In addition, we scanned four of the slides because we wanted you to see just how high quality all of them are. That means there is a photo of all the slides, PLUS scans of four of them, which means there are two images each of those four (because they were both scanned and photographed).
