The Very Thought of You, the 1944 Delmer Daves World War II (WWII) patriotic Home Front military romantic melodrama (about two Army soldiers on leave who go to one of their home towns of Pasadena, California, and who plan on just chasing women, but one falls in love and gets married, and the other gets a serious girlfriend, and they both return to the front not knowing if they'll ever see their girls again) starring Dennis Morgan, Eleanor Parker, Dane Clark, Faye Emerson, Beulah Bondi, Henry Travers, William Prince, and Andrea King

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
