He was blind in one eye and that became his trademark, causing him to mostly play comic roles. Some of his movies include: High Noon, Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, and Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. He passed away in 2003 at the age of 82. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Jack Elam! Our consignor was friends with Jack Elam (Elam was helping our consignor with a book about Frank Sinatra), and this still was autographed by Elam as a birthday present to our consignor's father in 1998. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
