An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Argentinean Movie Poster (measures approximately 29" x 43") (Learn More) The World Changes, the 1933 Mervyn LeRoy rise-and-fall-of-a-midwest-family-dynasty romantic family relationship melodrama ("More stunning than 'I Am A Fugive From A Chain Gang'"; it follows the life of a man who lives for an entire century, and through his life, he has strong relationships with four women, some of whom hate him!) starring Paul Muni (billed as "The Supreme Paul Muni in 4 generations of break-taking drama"), Aline MacMahon, Mary Astor, Donald Cook, Allan Dinehart, Patricia Ellis, Jean Muir, Margaret Lindsay, Guy Kibbee, Theodore Newton, and Mickey Rooney (very young in this role!) Important Added Info: This Argentinean poster measures approximately 29" x 43" and is linenbacked. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the poster had minor defects, and was well backed, OR it had more significant defects, but they were extremely well restored, OR it had some very minor defects that were not completely restored, and are somewhat noticeable. You can tell which of the above is the case for this particular poster by reading our "pre-restoration" description and also by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). Note that we gave this condition grade to a very few posters that were in pretty good condition prior to linenbacking, but which were not all that well linenbacked, and which could be fairly easily re-backed with only minor additional restoration. The poster had a long tear running from 2" below the top crossfold (in Muni's hair) to the right, through the "N" of "MUNI" at top right. There were also creases and tears on the foldlines, and paper loss at the crossfolds. There were creases, smudges, and small areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well. Learn More about condition grades
