Potter Ireland IRA romantic crime thriller ("again Merle Oberon storms your heart!.."; "Again the enchanting star of 'The Dark Angel' and 'These Three' will weave her magic spell over you... With the most poignant and emotional role of her career... In one of the truly great stories of our time!"; very loosely based on the life of Michael Collins, the Irish IRA revolutionary hero, but you would never know it from the advertising for the movie, which is focused on pretty Merle Oberon, and makes no mention of Ireland or "the troubles") starring Merle Oberon, Brian Aherne, David Niven, Henry Stephenson, Jerome Cowan, Karen Morley, and Donald Crisp NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Morr Kusnet Condition: very good. The poster had an extra horizontal fold just below the regular middle and bottom horizontal folds. There were pinholes in the corners and a few in the borders. There were tears in the top right corner. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did little touch up to the above defects (which are mostly in the borders and not very distracting). Note that the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster. Learn More about condition grades
