An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Window Card Movie Poster (WC; measures 14" x 21") (Learn More) Heartbreak, the 1931 Alfred L. Werker World War I (WWI) aviation prisoner of war romantic thriller ("Through heartbreak to happiness"; "Their love conquered - and brought them happiness"; "by Llewellyn Hughes"; about an Allied pilot who had a German girlfriend before the war, and when he kills her brother during a dogfight, he travels across enemy lines to see her and apologize!) starring Charles Farrell, Madge Evans, Hardie Albright, Paul Cavanagh, and John Arledge NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this window card has been trimmed and it now measures 14" x 21". Note that the window card was folded across the center at one time. Because the foldline is such that it has diminished over time, we don't want to re-fold the window card prior to mailing, because we believe that re-folding the window card would lessen its condition (we never roll window cards into a tube). If you specifically request it, we will re-fold this window card, but you will not be able to return it. Condition: very good to fine. 1" was trimmed from the top blank area. The card was folded across the middle and there are a few faint smudges around the edges of the card, but otherwise, it is in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
