An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Foreign Six-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 81" x 81") (Learn More) Ian Fleming's Diamonds Are Forever, the 1971 Guy Hamilton English James Bond 007 secret agent spy espionage fantasy action adventure thriller ("Diamonds are Forever Forever Forever Forever Forever Forever"; based on the novel by Ian Fleming) starring Sean Connery (as James Bond), Jill St. John ("as 'Tiffany Case'"), Charles Gray (as Blofeld), Lana Wood (billed as "also starring Lana Wood as 'Plenty O'Toole'"), Jimmy Dean, Bruce Cabot, Lola Larson (as "Bambi"), Trina Parks (as "Thumper", one of the few black African American Bond girls!), and Denise Perrier. Note that the part of Bambi was originally played by Donna Garrett, but she was replaced mid-filming by Lola Larson, and no footage of Garrett remains in the movie, but there may be some publicity photos with her (Garrett and Larson looked very much alike). Often, the "FOREIGN" posters would have a different (sometimes racier) image than that for the one used in the United States. This six-sheet was printed in 2 sections. Condition: fine. This item is in REALLY nice condition (what many dealers would describe as "fine" or "near mint")! It has only the very most minor of defects! We put this "fine" grade on 220 of the 617 posters we are selling (this is a far greater percentage than normal, but it is not because we have relaxed our standards, but rather because these posters came from a single consignor, and are in truly remarkable condition!). We saved it for the very best ones, ones that clearly had never been used, and ones we thought would be acceptable to EVERY collector, no matter how condition conscious they are!
