Since this movie does not appear anywhere and the actors appear to be pseudonyms, we think it is likely this is a re-titling of another movie, with fake credits. A knowledgeable collector suggested that it may be for the 1985 Swedish film The Porno Race (aka World Sex Festival), but we cannot be 100% certain. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
