An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Norm Crosby (known as 'The Master of Malaprop') was an actor and stand-up comedian who appeared in a few movies and TV shows from the 1960s to the 2010s. His main gimmick was mispronouncing words or using them incorrectly (called "malapropisms"), something that was also done by Leo Gorcey and Carroll O'Connor (as Archie Bunker). Norm passed away in 2020 at the age of 93. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Norm Crosby! Our consignor purchased this signed item from the estate of a major autograph collector, and while he does not have a certificate of authenticity, both he and we are certain the autograph is authentic. Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
