Bob Burns is a producer and special effects man from the 1950s to the 2000s. But he is most remembered for a very unusual achievement outside of his work! Early on, he was one of the only people to recognize the historic significance of props from science fiction and horror movies, and he used his movie connections to obtain some of the most important horror/sci-fi movie props there are, including the actual full size time machine from that classic movie, plus much more! As of 2021, he is still alive at the age of 85.
