Date Sold 10/1/2023Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 9 uncut pressbooks from Charles Starrett cowboy western movies. Charles Starrett was an actor from the 1920s to the 1950s. He was a former college football star who started out appearing in A-movies in the 1930s, but by the mid-1930s, he was mostly appearing in B-westerns and he is best known for his work in those movies (including many appearances as The Durango Kid). Some of his movies include: Blazing Across the Pecos, The Kid from Broken Gun and Across the Badlands. He passed away in 1986 at the age of 82. Note that the items in this lot are mostly from the 1940s to the 1950s. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of the front and back covers of all of them.
