Horman and Rolland Gillett"; it starts in the 1930s with a group of mail pilots and one of them has a gold digging girlfriend who comes between the two best friends, and later, they end up enlisting in the Royal Canadian Air Force at the start of World War II, but they are not allowed to fly fighter planes due to their age, and they become pilot instructors, but the lead among them gets into all kinds of trouble, and ends up nobly giving his life to save many others) starring James Cagney, Dennis Morgan, Brenda Marshall, Alan Hale Sr., George Tobias, Hardie Albright, Reginald Gardiner, and Reginald Denny NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been mounted on to a foamcore backing. Most collectors choose not to mount their posters, because it means that the poster must always be sent flat. Note that the foam board that the poster was mounted on is quite stiff, and this poster cannot be rolled, and will need to be sent in a large, flat package. Condition: good. The poster had pinholes, creases, and some tears around the edges as well as some minor creases, smudges, scuffs, and a few pinholes scattered throughout the image. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to being backed. The restorer who backed the poster did not touch up the smudges and scuffs (and I agree with that decision, because to do so would have required lots of paint, which would have given the poster a "heavily restored" look. There are several areas around the edges of the foamcore board on the front of the poster that are "sticky" from the poster having been framed at one time (now covered with post-it notes to prevent damage to other posters).
