An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 27" x 37" [69 x 94 cm]) (Learn More) Cortesana (literally translates to "Courtesan"), the 1948 Alberto Gout Mexican romantic love triangle melodrama (about a woman caught in a love triangle, which leads to dancing, extortion and murder) starring Meche Barba (billed as "Mercedes Barba"), Crox Alvarado, Gustavo Rojo, Ruben Rojo, Tona La Negra, Daniel 'Chino' Herrera (billed as "El Chino Herrera"), and Blanca Estela Pavon. Artist: Jose Espert Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this Mexican poster, which is a "country of origin" poster for this Mexican movie! Condition: good. The poster has water staining in the lower right, in the title and in the area beneath it, and there is some rippling scattered throughout the poster. It has 3" of separation at the right end of the bottom horizontal fold.
