An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) The Shadow Returns, the 1946 Phil Rosen crime film noir murder mystery thriller sequel starring Kane Richmond (in the title role as the Shadow/Lamont Cranton), Barbara Reed, Tom Dugan, Joseph Crehan, Pierre Watkin, Robert Emmett Keane, Rebel Randall, and Emmett Vogan. Note that there had been some movies with The Shadow in the 1930s, and a movie called "The Shadow" in 1940. After a six year gap, they decided to resume the series with a new star, but they still called the movie "The Shadow Returns", and there were two more entries in the series that same year. There are tears and areas of separation along the folds and around the edges of the poster as well as a large tear at upper right in the title area (repaired with much tape from the back).
