Everything Is Thunder, the 1936 Milton Rosmer English World War I (WWI) prisoner-of-war (POW) romantic melodrama ("A dramatic thunderbolt headed straight for your heart!"; based on the novel by J.B. Hardy; about a Canadian POW in World War I who escapes and is trapped behind German lines, and lovely German Constance Bennett hides him, even though doing so could result in her death, and she helps him to escape from Germany; the movie was made in England in 1936, at which time there were many pro-German people there, and the movie was extremely sympathetic to Germany, portraying Constance Bennett's character, and all German civilians in a very positive light; but just a short time later, the Nazis began their aggression and their atrocities, and the movie was completely buried, and is completely forgotten today, although by all accounts, it is an excellent movie and a forgotten gem!) starring Constance Bennett, Douglass Montgomery, Oscar Homolka, Roy Emerton, and Frederick Lloyd
