An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Two-Sheet Movie Poster (2sh; measures 41" x 54" [104 x 137 cm]) (Learn More) a local theater poster (the "Metropolitan") created for a showing of Dangerous Paradise, the 1930 William A. Wellman romantic melodrama starring Nancy Carroll, Richard Arlen, Warner Oland, Francis McDonald, and George Kotsonaros. Since that theater also had a live revue (Chauve Souris, the 1920s - 1930s Nikita Balieff live variety show, which included songs, dances, and sketches, most of which had been originally performed in Russia), the theater created a poster which advertised both the movie they were showing AND the live revue ("Balieff's international revue"; "First time at popular prices").
