An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Pressbook (pb; measures 8 1/2" x 11" [22 x 28 cm]; 4 pages) (Learn More) Doctor Dracula, the 1980 Al Adamson horror thriller ("He leads the way to the Torment of the UNDEAD") starring John Carradine, Don 'Red' Barry (billed as "Donald Barry"), Larry Hankin, Geoffrey Land, Susan McIver, Regina Carrol, Jane-Brunel-Cohen, and Emily Smith. Note that the IMDb incorrectly lists this movie as being directed by Al Adamson AND Paul Aratow. Actually, this movie is a re-edited version of "Lucifer's Women", which was made by Paul Aratow in 1975. Six years later, Al Adamson took some footage from the film and re-shot new footage with Larry Hankin reprising his earlier role of Svengali, and released the re-edited, retitled film as DOCTOR DRACULA. So, the two films are inter-related, but Al Adamson had nothing to do with the making of Lucifer's Women! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
