An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) George 'Spanky' McFarland was one of the most famous child actors of all time! He started making "Our Gang" comedies when he was four, and he made around 100 of them over the next 11 years. He retired from movies in 1942, and lived a movie-free life, passing away in 1993 at the age of 64. Important Added Info: Note that the still shows a great candid image of Spanky McFarland standing with a golf club about to "execute a unique and difficult spoon shot", while Jiggs the educated chimp looks on, holding a golf club with a golf bag next to him (apparently, Jiggs was Spanky's caddy!). Also note that there is a paper snipe glued on the back of the still that describes the scene on the front (it does not affect the front of the still). Condition: fine. There are a few faint emulsion scuffs scattered around the edges of the still, but they are truthfully not very noticeable at all except when the still is tilted to the light.
