An Original 1962 (from the first release of this movie in Italy) Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Italian Locandina Movie Poster (measures 13" x 27 1/4" [33 x 69 cm]) (Learn More) Die Seltsame Grafin (released in the U.S. as "Strange Countess"), the 1961 Josef von Baky & Jurgen Roland German crime adventure murder suspense thriller (adapted from the story by Edgar Wallace; about a secretary who is being harassed with death threats, and a Scotland Yard detective assigned to the case gets nowhere, until he discovers a woman who had the same thing happen to her 20 years before, and that leads to him solving the case) starring Joachim Fuchsberger, Brigitte Grothum, Lil Dagover, Rudolf Fernau, and Klaus Kinski NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Fidani Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster had minor wear on the foldlines and some small tears and paper loss in the center of three borders. There were scuffs in the solid black background. Unfortunately, after it was backed, it was roughly handled, and there are now three horizontal creases in the poster (and the linen), and the bottom of the poster has been water stained (see our image).
