He's English-born, with his father a born in Kenya of Gujarati Indian descent, and his mother English. Some of his many great movies include: Gandhi (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Betrayal, Bugsy (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Searching for Bobby Fischer, Sneakers, Schindler's List, House of Sand and Fog (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Sexy Beast (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), and he was recently the voice of Bagheera in the 2016 version of The Jungle Book. As of 2021, Kinglsey is still alive at the age of 77! Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Ben Kingsley!
